SMS Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
This policy covers how Aspire Technical Resources Group, LLC handles your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages under the Aspire Recruiting Alerts program. Our general privacy policy is here.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers we use strictly to deliver those messages on our behalf.
What we collect
- Your mobile number
- Whether you agreed to text messages, and when you agreed
- The messages we send you and your replies, including STOP and HELP
- Delivery information from the carrier, such as whether a message was delivered
Why we use it
To contact you about your own candidacy or your own requisition. Nothing else. We do not use your number for advertising, we do not build a marketing profile from it, and we do not text you about anything you did not ask us about.
Who sees it
- Our recruiters. Only the people working your candidacy or your requisition.
- Our messaging provider. The service that delivers the text on our behalf. They may process your number only to deliver our messages.
- When the law requires it. In response to a lawful request.
We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share it with clients, candidates or any other third party for marketing. A client never receives your phone number from a text message program.
How long we keep it
We keep your number and your consent record while you want to hear from us, and for as long afterwards as we need to show that you consented and when you opted out. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts
- Ask us what we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your number
- Ask to be contacted only by email or phone instead

Security
Access to mobile numbers is limited to the recruiters who need them, and we use reputable providers for messaging and storage. No method of transmission is completely secure and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This program is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect a mobile number from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
